Shipping Policy

At Charmed by Hadassah, we are committed to delivering your order with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons, sales, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order.

2. Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

We ship to all states across Nigeria. Delivery times are as follows:

• Abuja & Lagos: 1–3 business days

• Other major cities (Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Enugu, etc.): 3–5 business days

• Other states and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside our control.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable courier partners to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

• Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email

• Verify that your delivery address was entered correctly at checkout

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier errors, natural events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace the item where possible.

Lost packages will be investigated with the courier. Please allow up to 10 business days for investigation before a replacement or refund is offered. Contact us at charmedbyhadassah@gmail.com.

7. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Qualifying conditions will be clearly stated at checkout or in the promotion details.
