Returns & Exchanges Policy

Charmed by Hadassah takes pride in the quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery date

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags are attached and packaging is intact

• Item is not a custom-made, made-to-order, or sale item (see exclusions below)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces (tailored specifically to your measurements)

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

• Accessories (where applicable, for hygiene reasons)

• Items damaged through misuse, improper washing, or alteration

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at charmedbyhadassah@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return

• Wait for our team to confirm your return request (within 2–3 business days)

• Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

• Contact us at charmedbyhadassah@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and exchange request

• Return the original item following the return process above

• Once received, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3–5 business days

If the item you want is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
